Ronnie Morgan Residential Rental Rip Off Ardmore, Oklahoma

Beware of renting residential property from this person.  Bad, bad landlord... This is a Slumlord big time.  Won't repair OR replace anything......... Actually said he knew several people who had rental properties in Ardmore and all of them said that they almost never repair anything.  Made the remark that he rented to me "AS IS".  No where on my lease agreement did it state "AS IS".  According to Oklahoma State Law regarding Landlord and Tenant Acts "Ronnie is in violation of Oklahoma State Law regarding rental agreements...... Just wanted to warn everyone in the Ardmore community to beware of renting from him, unless you are willing to rent a property and do all the upkeep and maintenance yourself and pay for it yourself because he won't do that either......
