I returned a call from agent Paige at 1-877-883-9144 ext. 4054. She requested payment,; when I told her I was unable to make the demanded payment, she became very undignified and started raising her voice.  She told me she was reporting that I was refusing to pay. When I corrected her and told her I am not refusing to pay I can not pay the demanded amount right now, she started yelling, "You need to make a payment!"

Payment options were never offered. I corrected her by telling her she did not need to become indignant about herself and there was no need to yell at me.  Told her good bye and hung up. I called back to ask for a supervisor. Agent Paige answered the phone and yelled at me, "No one wants to talk to you here! Good bye!"  She hung up on me. I called back later again and began talking to an entirely different person.  When the person on the other end started talking it was agent Paige who was rude, refused to let me speak with a supervisor, accused me of calling to argue and was yelling.  I told her I was not calling to argue I was calling to complain about her. She hung up on me. 
IF this collection agency was calling to help settle your account out of court then why conduct business like this? Being a phone bully does not accomplish anything. 

It's amazing the s**t a b***h will talk over the phone when they are so many states away. I hope your attitude comes back to bite you in the a*s.
