So today, July 27, 2011 at 10:56am on my work phone some "agent" Ms. Sookal from this company called my job and asked for me and then aske me to verify the last four digits of my social security number. Which I didn't. She then continues to tells me that the local authorites have been contact and that I am currently being investigated for check fraud. Then ask "Have they contact you yet?" Hell no they haven't contacted me bi@ch cause there ain't nothin for them to contact me about!!
So I ask her what check fraud. She countines and is OBVIOUSLY reading from a script, "You are being investigated by Impact Cash USA for intentionally providing them with incorrect check account information for a payday loan." Say what?! Do I ask when is this supposedly from, she replies back "2008". I tell her yeah right!! I want the proof the documentation. She pretty much tells me that, you signed the agreement so you already have the proof I don't need to provide you with any information.
Oh h*ll no!! I told her that if she can't provide me with any proof then she might as well stop calling me. As soon as I got off the phone with her I went their website and sent them a very well put complaint and will be following up with a certified letter very shortly.
I am pissed off and sick of these companies harassing people. I am going to you-tube and posting a video there calling out this company for their awful way of handling business.
Hey dummies...If you want someone to pay something the best way is treat them like they are not idiots. It is 2011 and most people are aware of how shady some collection companies are and the tactics that they use. That crap worked in the 90's and early 2000's but these are modern times and google and sits like rip-off report exist and we are able to see your company and it's employees for what you really are. Get hip to the game and take note of the agency's that are reputable and have a high rate of sucess. I guarantee they get it by calling people trying to scare them telling them that they are gonna be arrested and a buch of other crap.
Oh yeah and to make it easier for the company I'm gonna go ahead and e-mail them a copy of my post so they don't have to do the search themselves....

Does this caller have a middle eastern accent ? If he does tell him you just put a very strong death curse on him. Tell him if he continues to call the curse will get to the strongest and he will die a horrible death.
If he wants it removed it will cost him over 900 million dollars and he will have 1 hour to come up with the money and not a minuite over . If he cannot come up with the money it can never be removed. It will be on him for the rest of his life and when he dies it will be passed down to the youngest member of his family.
Tell him the curse is in effect as of now.
