Rosenthal Stein and Associates Harassing and Foolish Collection Agency Atlanta, Georgia

I received a call from this lady named Agent Porsal and she states I owned a bill from a payday loan from 2008. I told her that I need documents to show the balance. I asked for their website since I said I will pay them a small amount every month. When I told her to give me her website address she refused and started saying she will notify my local authorities of these bad check. I told her that account was closed years ago due to me losing my checkcard. I told her why can't she gie me their website address and she placed me on hold for her supervisor Agent Brazell.  I then told her the same thing and mention I can pay a small amount every month and they should have been contacting me before 3 years. She claims she has. I told her the address she has was my parents and they would have given me the mail..better yet my address has been forwarded to my new residence. I told her obviously she is lying she like she is lying about them being an attorney's office. I told her they must be an collection agency in cubicles and they were trained to use legal jargon to scare folks and that didn't work for me. So after they noticed I knew what I was talking about they hung up on me twice. I called her back at 1-800-818-1790 ext 4038 and harassed them. I told them they are stupid and I need a letter or e-mail stated they are rejecting my payment. After they saw I was not backing down and now I have their number they told me they are no longer authorized to speak with me. I'm sick of these creditors. Don't call playing and then when you called on the carpet then want to hang up. Beware of the phony attorney's office they are a bunch of 10.00 hr reps in Atlanta making threating calls to people. Losers!!!!
