Ross Dress For Less They Refused To Allow ME To Enter The Store Even Though I Was There Well Before They Were Supposed To Close Their Doors! California

Very Angry, Disappointed And Upset!

    Before I headed over to the Ross Dress For Less store located at:  1839 South La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, California  90035, I checked online to make sure that I can still get there before they closed which was at 11:30 P.M. back on Thursday, November 30, 2017.   Furthermore, I took a bus and walked and still made it to their front doors by exactly 11:23 P.M.   Sadly, their store manager and/or whoever works there purposely and deliberately locked the doors way before closing time and when I knocked on the doors, the blond girl who was working there at that time Refused To Acknowledge My Knocking and even when I called up their phone number of:  310-815-1822 to speak with someone, she heard the phone ring and Completely Ignored It as well!   I am so sick of the abuse coming from Ross Store Employees; especially this one.   I am Definitely Not Shopping At This Ross Dress For Less store anymore!   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Angry And Upset Ross Dress For Less Customer   /HPS
