 When I saw the charge on my credit card I immediately called them...Spoke to Rachelle...when I asked what the charge was for she told me I didn't cancel within the 14 day trial period....I told her to immediately cancel this subscription...then she goes into this scripted spill about the product to give it to me cheeper to continue...I said, no cancel...then she does it again...another scriped spill ...this went on three more times...I finally said, Stop..please, just cancel the the scription...she finally did...got my cancel confermation number...when I told her I wanted my credit card refunded because I didn't receive ANY product she hung up....unbelievable ....I filed a credit card dispute with my Card provider as well...this is a scam if I ever saw one....will never again get any free trial offers...oh, when I got the trial offer which, you have to pay 5.95 ship fee...I got a total of 2 pea size sample out of the pump bottle....total rip off....
