RPM - Receivables Performance Management RPM and Me... apparently I owe a 7 yr old phone account. How convenient for them to have found me! Bothell Washington

Four days a week, RPM so happily calls my house. On the rare occasion I actually answer, they hang up after putting me on hold for five minutes. I call them back, get put on hold for ten more minutes, then get names such as 'deadbeat', and 'bill dodger'. Oh, please hurt me some more.

It might hurt if they actually had some proof this was my debt, as my wonderful ex husband ran some credit scam, somehow got my SSN and a deceased woman's SSN interlaced, and now my credit report says I am dead... so anything this company does is not going to hurt me any further. I get nothing when I ask for a copy to verify this debt, just the "oh, well we don't get the actual bills, we just get the account" mumbo-jumbo. Suprise!

Show me the proof, if it is mine then I will pay it, I say. "Nope, pay us half the $778 that you owe, and you can settle this." No way am I cooperating with this company.

Bothell, the name of the city should be BROTHELL for the service of the corn-holing this company seems to be attempting for other companies.
