RPM - Receivables Performance Management LLC Harrassment and Extremely Rude Bothell Washington

RPM phone number has shown on my phone at the least two times per day. I finally called the number and it was RPM. I asked why they are calling and it is due to a Sprint collection assignment. I stated I was not aware of collection efforts, as I did not receive a notice via US mail. I am in dispute with Sprint (the company) as written communication has taken place. I have been awaiting a response. The person I spoke with (I did not get her name) was indeed extremely rude as I was trying to communicate to her I am in dispute with Sprint. The rudeness was absoultly unneccessary as well as the unwillingness to be helpful in anyway. This is a poor excuse for a collection agency! She stated they will continue to call as often as they like because they can. I stated I will go to the Attorney Generals Office and she stated "go ahead a million other people go" they will continue to call and she terminated the call.

This is Ludicrous, upsetting, stressful and unprofessional!!
