I ordered a gas powered Pole saw from this company in June 2018. It was a Remington 8 in. 25cc 2-Cycle Gas Pole Saw advertised at 49.00 US. The order was confirmed nearly immediately, and I received a very nice welcome email about shopping with them. I have never received the item, and my account on their site is still open showing the order with the last action "pending."

When my credit card statement arrived I see I was charged 120.00 for this unit. I have attempted to contact the seller many times though their contact link, but I have never gotten a reply, so I am guessing someone just walked away with my 120.00.

Pretty sure I'm not the only one as I see on this site that has been had by this "company", which say they have been in business since 2008 and shipped more than 200,000 orders, but strangely, my order number was 1222. Pretty low number for a company claiming that many sales to satisfied customers.

I would stay away from this bunch, and I am going to see if my Credit Card will reverse the charges. If not, lesson learned and I will buy through Amazon exclusively from now on. Deals that appear to be too good to be true are most times just that. Thankfully, I was smart enough to use a credit card which only has a 500.00 limit purposely for on line transactions.

Buyer beware.
