Placed my order on 7/7/18, got an e-mail confirmation and a welcome e-mail. The amount was not the same on my credit card statement as my e-mail confirmation it was a higher total. I tried to reach out to the company on 3 seperate occasions with no reply.  The last e-mail I asked for a return receipt and noone ever even opened my e-mail.  I have since contacted my credit card company to report this and dispute the charges.
