I have had one of these "rushcards" since 2005. They charge you at least $1.00 for EVERY transaction! If you use any ATM but one of these so-called "moneypass" ATMs, you are charged a transaction fee of $2.50! This is nothing but a d**n scam and a rip-off. Rusell Simmons should be ashamed of himself for getting rich off of poor people. This is definitely my LAST month using this B.S. "rushcard".
