Unirush Rushcard Will not refund my money. Nationwide

 I placed an order on www.sports authority.com on 02/10/2016 the order was canceled on the same day without my knowledge due to item not being in stock even though when I ordered the website advised it was in stock and would be shipped in two business days.. I called rishcard to see where my money was being that my order was cancel led they told me it was sitting with a authorization hold and would be released in 3-5 business days I waited that time and once I still did not receive my money I called back and was told I have to wait 10 days for the hold to be released. I then waited 11 days altogether still no money and a customer service manager adv that I would receive my money in three hours it has now been 24 hours and once I called another manager adv she doesn't know why I haven't gotten my money I was told to hold on the line I stayed on hold 40 mins just to be disconnected!! Something has to be done about this company they are a scam.
