DO NOT USE RUSH CARD SERVICES. I have been with this company almost four years and everything was fine until I disputed unauthorized charges on a card that I had cancelled.  The next day, January 09, 2015, my new card, where no dispute was pending, was blocked and remains blocked with $3980.30 of my money.  Today is February 05, 2015.

Customer service is the worst.  One rep will contradict the instructions of the previous rep and just straight out lying. I have read other complaints on other websites and found similar bad behavior.  This has caused mental stress and leading to adverse medical conditions in some.  It has caused my asthma to flare up more than usual. To those affected by RUSH CARD'S bad and possibly illegal behavior, any funds that is on their blocked card are the only funds they have to pay their bills and purchase food. 

I'm a US Army veteran and see that companies like RUSH CARD are no different than the enemy we were trained to fight.  When your hurting American citizens then you are the enemy.
