Rush Card and UniRush Total Scam company that over charges Cincinnati Nationwide

These guys are totally incompetent. They are not Customer Service oriented and have no ethical backbone.  I tried to solve a simple problem and jumped through the hoops for which they asked me to. Provided all necessary info for a small dispute. Not even anything major.  It is the principal of the matter. Their service fees, "fine print" procedures are ridiculous. I used to be a faithful user of this product and have lost total faith in the company.  

I would advise anyone who is even considering this service to look at another provider, one that truly operates on the "Customer First" guideline. That, and if their customer service spoke better English and was not out sourced that may be helpful.  I don't have anything against anyone working for a living, but when dealing with your own personal finances and there is a very obvious language barrier.  There are many other companies much like this one that offer a better product with better service.  Don't make the same mistake I did.
