Saad (aka Angel Saad) remodeled my home, however, he did not pay the suppliers and subcontractors. This has left me with a huge problem as I now have liens against my property. Saad has disappeared behind his lawyer Horowitz whom he uses in his numerous cases against him. Just go to Miami Dade County clerk of courts website or Broward County clerk of courts website and search Angel Saad. You will see the dozens of lawsuits were Angel Saad is the defendant. It is incredible that this man is still allowed to even operate in the construction industry.
