And she called to speak with my mental health doctor from VA HOSPITAL and asked him if I was truly crazy and well she is really really a piece of work and said do to me being disabled that is why I can't have my dog back and well dog was my trained Service dog and well police department in Santa Barbara CA wouldn't do anything and help me with the problem like they knew each other and well she was told by SB VJO AND congress official there to give me the dog back and well she told them she did but truly never did and she asked me if I owned any property and well I told her no just my service dog that is my personal property and you won't give him back...
