Safe Auto Gave me the Run Around for Over a Month. They avoid refunds at all costs!! Internet

I Purchased Auto Insurance from SafeAuto on 3/13.  I did this because I was expecting to get a new car.  2 days latter I got laid off from my job so the deal was cancelled.  I have called Safe Auto over 11 times over the course of the month asking to cancel and get a refund.  They told me I needed to get a letter from the dealer so I did.  After over a week of them not contacting me I called and they said the letter was not good enough.  So after arguing several phones later they issued a letter to get notirized.  and so I did.  just for them to say no ..  its to late.  I got my job back and decided to move foward with the car but Im glad this happen with safe auto so i know how they roll.  I will never deal with this company again.  even the supervisor said "its my last night..  Im leaving to, I dont blame you for not wanting to deal with this company"
