Safe National of America Printer money was back less $50 Internet

I ordered a Canon MX330 PIXMA Office All-In-One Color Inkjet Printer on National Safe America. And this company gave me a lot of stress, not only that the delivery was delayed for more than a week, and they promised the printer to arrive after two days, and my office badly needed one as of that moment since our printer crashed. Finally the printer arrived but when we test print it, it would not print! It cannot detect the inks. So we have to send it back to the company. I did not bother to have it exchange, I just wanted my money back. They complied but the money they gave me back was less $50 than the original price I paid. I should get my money back since the printer they sent me was a defective one. But I cannot reach their so called manager to get this settled and since they have already caused me great hassle I opted for this instead, I hope this will reach the right people. I just hated that I have to lose a lot of work by depending on this Company to give their customers the services that they have to give. They dont know a bit about customer service!
