Safe National of America Iphone audio socket Damaged! St. Petersburg, Florida

I bought a new iPhone from Safe National of America and it was all fine at least for the first week. After that I noticed that there are some scratchy sounds on it.  I thought at first that there was something wrong with the earphones but when I tried it with another the scratchy sound was still there, and the next day I can no longer hear any sound at all. Something was wrong with the audio jack. I sent it back for repairs and they agreed and promised me that I’d have it back by a week, after three weeks, I finally received a package of my phone with a note saying that the iphone I sent was not fixable. What? My phone was still within warranty period! What??!! I sent it only two weeks after I bought it! I trusted this company yet they are no t to be trusted at all. I bought from them  because I have heard that they have god customer service and that they have good products. I will not again from this store! Nor should others, you will only get disappointed!
