Safe National of America The Printer useless St. Petersburg, Florida

  I would like to know how the store Safe National of America gets customers!!! Because they totally don’t know how handle their customers. I work at home and pretty much depended on my computer and printer. Unfortunately the printer that I have ordered from Safe National of America started to print at the wrong side of the paper. I called customer service and they told me that they were sorry the damage is not part of their warranty period but they can send a technician and have it fixed but I have to pay, and it wasn’t cheap! I got my warranty sheet and read to them that the damage of the printer is within what the warranty stipulates. So they forwarded my call to another and forwarded it again. The whole time I was forwarded to different persons who don’t have the answer! I have a job to and I needed the printer! I can’t wait anymore and waste another day to have my phone call forwarded to different people! I bought a new one from a DIFFERENT store which they had delivered the same day without even me paying extra! Don’t buy from that store people!
