Safecart PC Unleashed I purchased PC unleashed because my computer is slow. It advertised to speed up your computer and a money back guarantee. The progam totally crashed my computer. I lost everything, including picture Internet, British Columbia

I purchased PC Unleashed from Safecart because they advertised it would clean and speed up your computer. Not only didn't it speed it up, it totally crashed my computer. I lost everything. When I contacted Safecart, they said "oh we only do the billing for PC Unleashed. You have to contact them."Safecart charged my account and had to be the ones to refund according to American Express. They refused.
