Sagequest, LLC GPS Company Can't Even Find Time to Service Customers - Nowhere to be FOUND! Solon Ohio

We have used Sagequest GPS services for almost 2 years now.  Since Day 1 we have had nothing but reporting issues.  We were sold on the reporting capapbilities of the GPS services to help us ensure all 13 of our install and service trucks were where they were supposed to be. 

Almost immediately after having the units installed, we began to have troubles with reporting.  Types of reports that have been inaccurate are speeding and a late start report.  Sagequest has been engaged on the issues from the beginning and has promised that they will fix them, but they have not.  Their systems are obviously flawed and it doesn't appear they care at all at fixing the issues.

I have spoken with several service people at Sagequest, and received an adjustment, one time, but the problems persist and most times when I inquire about the problems I am told that they are working on a timeline to fix the issues.  A timeline that they never share with me and ultimately they end up ignoring the issue, hoping it will go away.

Ultimately, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for any GPS services.  Don't even allow them to pitch the product.  They will tell you what you want to hear; however, they won't fix your issues.  STAY AWAY FROM SAGEQUEST they are not ethical in their treatment of customers.  The only thing that they have been consistent in doing for my company is billing me on time... every month.
