our reports reflect the continuing same problems as outlined in the 14 other complaints.to include breech of contract. I asked for specific performance in which i requested the company to put it in writing.which they did, but failed come close to compliance. my wife and i have nothing but misery dealing with this company to include paying for nearly 2 years on a loan for out of pocket costs to this company. promise of contract performance which took nearly 2 years and to this day has resulted in no pay back. example: power bill sept 2010 NO SOLAR $2500.00 / power bill sept 2011 WITH SOLAR $2500.00 not including loan payment for upfront/out of pocket loan. no mention of $160.00 green fee tariff per month added to bill. we are very interested in participation in class action lawsuit, please someone help!!!!

So sorry for your problems with your solar system.

As a solar system owner, I'm curious, what is the kwh rating of your system?
How many panels did they install?
What was your total power usage in kwh, for September?
We had an 8kwh system installed in sept of 2010 and have been VERY happy with its' performance.
It consists of 40 high efficiency Sanyo panels. The cost before rebates and tax credits was $47,000.
Our cost after this was $22,000.
Our power bills in the summer were in the $250 range and this year, July $7.32, Aug. 38.74 and Sep $40.82.
We pay a solar lease to Sun Run equivalent to $92/month for 20 years and this includes all insurance, maintenance, repair and monitoring.
Wish you the best in getting what you'd expected in your system.
