Sammy Dress Bought 2 Items as a gift for daughters birthday and a month later still no gift but my money is gone. FLAT/RM 15B 15/F CHEUK NANG PLAZA 250 HENNESSY RD Internet

I ordered some clothes for my daughters birthday on 8/19/13 and have yet to receive the items. I made an inquiry through there support center on 09/05/2013 at 9am and received a message at 11:30pm that night stating and I quote:

 "Thanks for your message. We have sent your items in two bags on August 28th by unregistered parcel, your package no. are  #003 #003 as you didn't pay for the tracking no., so you cannot use the package no. to track your packages in details, in other words, they are invalid, just no. for the packages. For the shipping method you chose,you can get the pacakges in around working days, but sometimes there is a delay on the way or at the local post office, so please be patient to get them. it is now 9/16/13 and I am still waiting for my daughters birthday gift or my money back. I have since tried to contact the company and have yet to receive a responce. After this report Im going to contact Paypal to inform them of this madness and cruelty.
