Sansford & Jordan/ Strategic Marketing Solutions Roundtrip Airfare possible scam Evans Georgia

I received a letter in the mail today from this company. The envelope was handwritten poorly and was a plain security envelope. The letter informed me I had been selected to receive 2 roundtrip airfare to travel anywhere in the continental U.S. The letter was dated December 21, 2008 and stated that they have attempted to contact me several times without success and "this is our last attempt". I was supposed to respond by January 3, 2009 but the letter was postmarked January 5, 2009 and I received it on January 9, 2009. I Googled the business and did not pull up any information about the business except complaints. One blogger followed up on the phone number and it was a timeshare presentation.
