Sansford & Jordan Received Unsolited Letter for (2) Roundtrip Airfare Martinez Georgia

I received a letter in a plain hand-written envelope with no return address today. I opened it to find the letterhead of Sansford & Jordan - Strategic - Marketing - Solutions. The letter is signed Claire Mason, Travel Awards Division. There is a confirmation number: 4399.

It tells me that I "have been selected to receive (2) roundtrip airfare" worth up to $1,200. It then says she's attempted to contact me several times without success and this is her last attempt. The red flags went up in my mind, as no such company has made any attempt prior to this letter. It also says that I can get a $100 gas rebate if I call the number, and I must call by 3-21-2009.

There was no Internet site with the physical address, nor an email address.

I have not called the number, but found many other reports on this site when I googled the company's name. Additionally, I searched the google maps and found that this address is all residential. The google photograph does not show any businesses at this address, nor any buildings that would have a Suite 104.
