This company needs to be investigated by the government. This company preys on customers and destroys the ultimate dream of owning your own home. Most of the time the customers have had hardships which have caused a Bankruptcy and sometimes not.

Saxon has no regard to the bankruptcy laws. Once your bankruptcy is final and your mortgage is deemed current by the bankruptcy judge it is just that. No fees should be added during a bankruptcy by law. late fees etc.

Saxons ultimate goal is to recycle your home as if it were garbage and ruin your credit rating where refinancing is impossible. By this statement I mean that Saxons ultimate goal is to foreclose on your property and resell it for profit.

Saxons excessive fees which can never be explained by their incompetent employees. Wrongful bookeeping. Refusal of payments. Excessive drive by property inspection fees. Unexplained escrow and suspense accounts, and those good ol' ATTORNEY FEES.

There is a name for this which is predatory lending practices. A bankruptcy lawyer can't help you. My story is basically like the many from this website but I'm doing something about it.
