Why would any one Saxon/ Deutsche Bank Mortgage Servicer not accept Mortgage payment ?? Lawyers and friends laughed because why would not any one want money/ payment
They forced my family to foreclose by not accepting our mortgage payment via check or western union and if I did they would foreclose anyway
They were foreclosing while I was paying my mortgage
I also worked for the federal government which affected my job and my life as a single mom

Started Mortgage with CIiti Bank and end with Deutsche Bank Saxon Servicer in Wrongful Foreclosure
AUTHOR: - ()
SUBMITTED: Sunday, July 19, 2015
Loan number and private nfo are left out
My home was purchased on or about January 27, 2005, CitiFinancial Mortgage
On or about December 13, 2005, Freemont transferred my loan into two parts for some reason(s) One part was to Saxon Mortgage Service Corporation/Deutsche Bank ( Loan et al.
• On ( about) April 15 2005, Aegis Mortgage Corporation letter transferred my loan Homecomings Financial Network loan no. statement dated April 14, 2005
• December 13, 2005 letter transferred loan from Freemont Investment & Loan ) to Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc effective January 3, 2006. The other part was January 17 2006 my loan was transferred again to Freemont Loan Number from Cenlar (Central Loan Administration & Reporting Loan Number
• Then on March 16, 2006 my second mortgage part loan was transferred from Cenlar (Central Loan Administration & Reporting Loan ( see attached documents) to final Irwin Home Equity Loan ) which was my second mortgage company .
The orginal date of the transfer of loan conflicts with the original date of loan dated December 13, 2005, but dated letter from Sykes, Bourdon Ahern L Levy PC whom works for Saxon Commonwealth Assets Services Inc., in Virginia Beach, Virginia letter that states "....On August 24, 2005, my home loan was reassigned from Freemont Investment & Loan Number(blank) to Saxon Mortgage Service Corporation/Deutsche Bank et al Loan Number ..." ( see 3 page document with envelope attached via March 28, 2007).
As you will see that my house was wrongly foreclosed by Saxon Service Mortgage Company/Deutsche Bank and paperwork was totally misconstrued defrauded, and transferred many times.
My previous lawyer Consumer Litigation Associates Robin A Abbott sent Certified letter to Saxon Mortgage Services Inc dated December 20, 2006 ( see attached).
See also attached October 03, 2007, email regarding request for witnesses. See also attached October 4, 2007 at 11:09 am email listing witnesses to Robin A Abbott.
See my previous lawyer Ms Robin Abbott's October 2, 2007, letter of represent which I gave to the U.S State Department. dated 07/11/2007 and Ms. Robin Abbott proved that we won but she left the practice and everything was dropped.

From as late as 2001 to at least 2007, the Bank engaged in covert espionage on its critics. The bank has admitted to episodes of spying in 2001 and 2007 directed by its corporate security department, although characterizing them as "isolated."[27](see link en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsche_Bank#cite_note-WSJ-27)

Deutsche Bank said this is an incidents were isolated to affect us and millions of others in the United States. The Sicienski home was affected and my job at the U.S. State Department as well as my security clearance in United States of America ( U.S.A)
My previous lawyer Ms Robin Abbott was stressing out by the way Saxon Service Mortgage Company/Deutsche Bank in her conversations extremely twisted the truth and misconstrued everything.
We were deceived or defrauded when we received your mortgage loan regarding the ability to make the payment, by the them stopping me from making payments rejecting my check so we placed our payment via Western Union by my previous lawyer's advice. Saxon did not know that we paid for July 9, 2006 via our conversation with
Saxon. We had a friend broker whom spoke to Saxon pretending he was my brother during the conversation they said we did not pay and he told them that I have the paperwork in front of me and if you look in you files. Then Saxon looked and found that we paid via Western Union. From this point on Saxon closed Western Union and any other ways for us to pay our loan. For some reason Saxon wanted to force us out of our home so also it would ruin my job at the U.S. State Department as well as my clearance.
• An unanticipated increase in your mortgage payment amount.--Yes they were trying to change my mortgage, insurance/taxes and stop me from paying my home many times Saxon also try to confuse Nationwide my home insurance broker,....... in saying I was changing my home insurance when I was not. Mr...... at Nationwide Insurance returned the check# Balboa back to Saxon . Saxon was trying to force and bully him as well as me into changing my home insurance and also messed up on my taxes on my home
What happened to my home caused my family and I a financial hardship
Also I had unexpected home or auto repairs;
We had something wrong with our furance and we called Comfort Doctor to come out and look at our HVAC. The Comfort Doctor came out and cut all my wires in my furance and then ran out of my home. My sister Denise was home with Comfort Doctor. My neighbor also was there and saw Comfort Doctor as noted in . My sister called the Comfort Doctor person that came out to our home and did this and he said that either you hire me or too bad and I am not coming back to fix what he ruined. We hired HVAC to fix the furance wires that were cut receipt# 6928.
Custom Ceramic Design receipt# 01710 and 1557 ADCO contract (1) with Aprilaire warrenty Wecome email and registration (2) Kinnett plumbing work order # 1243 and 1248.
• I. Linda, tried to apply for a loan modification by this company, but my application was not acted upon before foreclosure; Yes Jenny Mayhew
October 15, 2007. I applied for a loan modification but your mortgage servicer turned you down due to errors on its part; Yes Saxon attacked my credit so I could not get any modifications. Saxon also attacked my job and my clearance by attacking my home mortgage.
• There were other errors in the handling of your loan modification application. Payments were misapplied and there were other payment accounting errors by our mortgage servicer which caused or contributed to the delinquency or foreclosure;
• My mortgage servicer lost documents that you submitted in support of my modification application; yes and would not corporate with Ms Robin Abbott my attorney as she would spend many hours and time trying to work with them.
As you can see, my previous lawyer Robin Abbott showed in the attachments of my credit report that I was never late in my previous Mortgage Companies until Saxon began stopping me from paying my home
• I received inaccurate payment information which caused or contributed to your delinquency or foreclosure because they would not take our money and made it highly impossible for us to pay our mortgage.
• I feel there were significant errors or misconduct, signatures had been forged in the foreclosure process because there should not have been a foreclosure.
August 14, 2007, Consumer Litigation Associates lawyer- letter w/ April 27, 2006 showing good credit on mortgage payment never late.
I feel they owe me my mortgage money to be returned to me as well as this has affected my second mortgage Irwin because of Saxon Mortgage Service Corporation/Deutsche Bank because Saxon would not let me pay my mortgage so this forced me out of our home. Saxon Mortgage Service Corporation/Deutsche Bank owes me my mortgage loan money I paid along with the percent of money that caused problems and effect of losing my job and my clearance
My father was emotional distressed and went to the hospital after he had to go to a nursing home since I had no where for him to live since they took my home.
My son losing school which caused me and my family legal problems and, moving problems along with losing my son's dog and our home.
