Saxon Mortgage PREDATORY LENDER , NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING HOME OWNERS STAY IN THEIR HOMES Irving, Texas

Saxon Mortgage company, have no real interest in helping homeowners stay in their home.  Their goal I believe is to create barrriers to helping homeowners achieve success with remodification or refinance, threaten foreclosure and force home owners to file for bankruptcy and lose their homes.  Is there any government agency, politicians, consumer advocate, legal group or the president who could truly help homeowners fight against these predatory lenders?  I am currently going through the threat of foreclosure and have done everything they asked, including providing documentation and payments.  Payments they had accepted  until recently.  I have even worked with advocacy agencies like NACA and attended foreclosure workshops and spoken to their representatives.  I have spoken to multiple telephone reps every week I make at least 4 calls.The telephone reps are for the most part robots and debt collectors whose job only is to tell you to pay with threat of foreclosure.  The "ghost" individual who is assigned your case is never available, do not return calls.  This person is always "travelling" on business, and never available when she states she will be in the office.  Oddly, her extension X207727 I was informed is the same  extension for the "Hope Now Dept.", this is a joke I would find funny, if it was not a serious situation. This person I believe does not exist!!!  I believe the actions of this mortgage co. is a big "scam" and home owners suffers.  Unfortunately, it appears that our politicians really do not care.  Many of us are hardworking honest homeowners who are not looking for hand outs or "bailouts".  WE WANT TO PAY OUR MORTGAGE AND STAY IN OUR HOMES.  IS THERE ANY TRUSTWORTHY, GENUINE, HELP OUT THERE FOR HOMEOWNERS?  PLEASE HELP!  (Frustrated homeowner.... for now.)
