Sealmaxx ripoff Addison Illinois

I am desperately trying to find a lawsuit against this company.  We paid a lot of money to have our deck sealed with a warranty of 25 years.  Our deck is now falling apart - cracking, splitting, breaking.  We need to have our floor and railings replaced which will cost over $10,000.  I think SealMaxx should be responsible for this cost as they did not deliver what was promised.  I have contacted our State's Attorney but they can not find the company.  I really feel like we were taken for a lot of money.

All postings on this site by Ted or T from IL are not accurate or even close to the truth. The person posting these is a former employee of SealMaxx and has decided to use this site to vent his disturbed frustrations. As I have stated with every possible legit posting, call me if anyone has an issue or questions with our service. I have yet to receive one call in regards to any issues with our products or service as it relates to these postings. Shame on you for misusing a site intented for real honest feedback.

PS-I wonder why Sealmaxx "the realBAD deal" hasn't helped THOSE people yet,,??,,??..!

I used to work at Sealmaxx. They couldn't care less about a customer that had already paid. Once they have your money, you might as well forget any kind of service (Unless you threaten them with a lawsuit).

They're not even sure if the product works as they claim. 25 year warranty?? Read it! All it actually says is that if it fails, they'll reapply it....If it doesn't work again they'll REreapply it-THINK about that one!

They have a handful of very happy customers, and a houseful of people with blood in their eyes.
I am actually ASHAMED of having worked there. When I was there, I believed what they told me. After a while, I seen the truth and it was a LOT different. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I apologize to the people that I recommended use this product. If I could go back and change it, I would, but it's too late.
