Select Portfolio Services charging escrow when we pay taxes & insurance, late charges Ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

Select Portfolio Services formerly know as Fairbanks Capital Corp is at it again. We had to file a Chapter 13 2 years ago to keep from losing our home. Since then our lawyer has been continuing to file claims against them. We have not missed a payment in the last two years but have been charged late charges. We pay our own taxes and home insurance, but they charge us an escrow account which they can't seem to explain. They send someone out to our home to see if we still live there then charge us a couple hundred dollars for this.

We our now due to go back before the judge the end of January 2006 because of all the improper charges they have been trying to get away with. With all the negative claims they have put on our credit report, we can't get anyone to take this loan for us.

This company is completely out of control and who can stop them. It doen't look like the courts can. They have been sued and had to pay a large sum just last year, but they are back at it again.
