I ordered eboga root from them. They commented it was, at 1 gm dosage, delightful. took it and nothing happened. I should add I have degrees in both anthropology and psychology and experience dating back to days with tim leary. I should have researched better. Found this after the fact: total root is "a worthless product not used anywhere in the world." It contains virtually no ibogaine and is 90%+ wood, the rest being root bark (as little as 3%)." this quote is from (((Redacted)))
So I bought sawdust. I got one reply to 10 emails and that was nasty. They are now doing business under a number of names. They are clearly both a rip off and/or ignorant. Ignorance can be dangerous with the products they purport to sell.
The following quotes are from a forum at the shroomery
(((Redacted)))the 1st time i ordered with them was fine for me as well.. package arrived like 2 days later! it was awesome! so i thought id go and order some more.. this time i ordered 4 salvia cuttings and some 20x extract.. ive been waiting for 4 weeks now.. NOTHING! ive also contacted their credit card payment office which ensured me that they wont be doing any further business with them.
they will rip you off! i once ordered some stuff there and it all went fine.. took only 2 days to reach me. now i wanted to order some more and all this crap started: they dont respond to support tickets or email. the package they sent didnt arrive. i really spammed their support forum alot in the last days.. so it couldnt be that they just somehow missed seeing my questions.

Shamanic Extracts

I have ordered from Shamanic Extracts four times. The first three times I got what was ordered.
The first time the order took two months to arrive (though it was supposedly sent 'Priority Mail' and was in fact marked thus) and the truffles were moldy.
The second time I ordered dried to avoid the mold and they arrived in about three weeks. The third time I ordered two salvia cuttings and they arrived in about two weeks - amazingly, still alive. They stayed alive for about a month but never really grew.
Finally, the most recent order, about a month ago, could not be paid with a credit card. They say the CC companies have cancelled their accounts because they're selling "drugs". Even though the "drugs" are legal? They are requesting either a bank transfer or cash in the mail.
I asked them for the bank tranfer information but never got a reply. Now when I go to the site there is no sign of the order. It has disappeared.
It is my opinion that this site is (or was) fairly honest. However what's going on right now with them is anyone's guess.

Shamanic extracts seem to have a bunch of clone sights also. Some advertising in Europe and others in N. America. They all seem to give automated answers to any questions. Any company that refuses to answer questions personally and has a robot do it instead makes me very uneasy. I've heard far more bad reports from them and their clone sights to outweigh anything good.
Yeah my first order was fine as well. My first order was Salvia and an Absinth kit and they arrived on time. This time I ordered Kratom and Banisteriopsis caapi vine and Psychotria viridis almost a month ago, still no arrival and still no reply as to why
$50 down the drain. sucks worse because they arent in the US so nothing will get done about it
Yea I had similar problems. Package didn't arrive, and no replies to support. Avoid Shamanic-extracts.
a friend of mine ordered from them, he paid many $$$$$ but got nothing, they suck.
good vendors should be listed, loveleafgarden.com for example is a great site good
