Shamanic Extracts Product failed to meet description and NO help was forthcoming Veebebdaakm Netherlands Internet

About 3 months ago I ordered Iboga root from Shamanic Extracts to help me give up a 40 year cigarette addiction.
I took as directed. Iboga is a mild hallucinogen and I should note that my experience with hallucinogens go back 40 years (to Timothy Leary) and I do have an undergraduate degree in anthropology and graduate in Psychology. There was absolutely no affect.

I contacted the support desk 5 times and received no response. I finally sent an "urgent email" to the order desk and received a somewhat garbled and nasty response that it was a "natural product" and its affects were therefore uncertain, but if I gave them loads of info (they already had in their computer) they would try to "work things out".

Despite another 10 emails I've never heard from them again. I searched forums for them and found 50% pro and 50% negative comments about them. The negatives included: "never arrived", "ripped off" .....

If there was any active ingredient I am sure I would have been aware. My experience was 100% negative. I was ripped off, my time was wasted.... At best dealing with them seems a 50 50 proposition and if there is a problem don't waste your time contacting them.
