I have had good results here but not now. I did an order in 2014 where I risked sending cash. It worked, but my order was damaged in shipping. That happens and I let it go. This year, they have Bitcoin so I was pumped and the item I wanted was in stock. They have shipped to me twice over the course of 2 years so they knew the address. Problem was, they didn't put the street number down and it "supposedly" was return to sender. I lost $120 prox and they never would answer any messages. NONE!

There are better places now where one can obtain the necessary fun stuff. I'm very hurt because I never complained once about anything. Even when one of my items was damaged and useless. The fact that they never respond via their website help button, they also have a claim dept but that is useless as well.

If you use Bitonic as your Bitcoin provider, they are no help either.
