Purchased a 55" samsung television on 11/22/2013 and to this date still have not recieved it yet.I've called shop hq more than six times already wishing to cancell my order and have my money returned,but as of 12/27/2013 nothing has been done.Very frustrated with the level or lack there of service.I just seemed to be getting the run-around
