Shyne Fox Store I ordered a Beatles sweatshirt and paid for it well before Christmas for a gift. I STILL have not received it.

I ordered a Beatles sweatshirt online from this store the first week of December. They promised it would be sent to me in 4-6 weeks. I STILL have not received the sweatshirt. But they received their money and I expect to receive the merchandise I ordered in good faith. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help in this matter.

 Has my order been shipped yet? Was hoping to have it this week for the last week of school before Christmas break.
