Signature Van Lines ripped off by Signature Van Lines Mount Pocono Pennsylvania

The reason why people who filed on this site were charged for a Florida move Elaine is because Signature is not licensed to do in state moves in PA. If they would have marked on your bill that you were moving within PA, they would have been fined to the hilt!

When I was working for them, I was instructed to tell anyone that called asking about an in state move, that we were only taking state to state moves at this time.
Knowing full and well that they were not able to do a move like that, and the fact that they were already under investigation by the Attorney Generals office, if they had been caught doing such a move, it would have been "shop closed" for them, as the fines would have exceeded their bank account.

Those 2 "unmentionable so and so's" have been ripping people off since day one!. They have been fraudulently charging customers to the point that they don't have a cc merchant acct anymore, it was closed out by the merchant! They had over $20,000.00 in fraudulent charges. My fiance and my son in law are still waiting to get their W-2's from there for their tax records, my fiance hasn't even been able to file his 2004 income taxes! Carleen and Shelly set up 2 different dates for us to go there to pick it up, but both times, no one was there. The neighboring business on their left told us that they went through drivers on a weekly basis and that they were just served eviction papers for non payment of rent and breaching their lease agreeement.

I have reported them to the IRS regarding the W-2's and have gotten no repsonse back, so I am up in arms as to what to do in that situation. We also have pending suits against them for mandatory overtime that was not paid to us for the time we worked there, which is a law in PA. We haven't gotten a response from that either. The reason they are crying "racism" is because people are being acurate on the labeling of them. They are practicing like such and are being labled as such, and they don't like it! They know what they are doing is wrong, but yet continue to do it thinking they won't get caught!
