Simplelots.com Does not protect buyers Internet

 I purchased an item from a merchant through simplelots.com. When the merchant was not being honest and lied about when items was shipped and where it came from, I contacted simplelots. After I accused what was going on, they suspended the merchant for a couple of days, then allowed him to sell again. I returned the items to the merchant and contacted Simplelots for help in getting my refund, all they would tell me is the seller has 30 days on a dispute, yet that is written no where on their site. They also state buyers are protected through them and paypal.Well they eventually deactivated the merchand and now they are not assisting me in obtaining my refund. This merchand received his item back on June 12th, and has not responded to me or issued my refund as Simplelots will not help. I will never use their site again.
