SiriusXM Radio rpeatedly broke its promises made to me on the telephone concerning cnacellation of my account, and later on promised refunds to my credit card account. I will prove the fraud by issuing a subpoena for the audio recordings of my multiple telephone conversations with employees of SiriusXM Radio.

With all due respect, Your Honor, I would like to point out to the Court recordings made are not admissable unless you have proof you gave the defendent advance warning of said recording and defendent did allow said recording to continue. Additionally, Your Honor, again with all due respect and if it please the Court, may I suggest said subpoena be issued by another Judge, a Judge who has experience in such matters.
