I have been a customer of XM Radio since 2005.  My subscription has included two radios.  I initially signed up for 3 years.  Last year my renewal was up.  I called Sirius and they gave me what a thought was a GREAT deal!  Both radios for $91.32 for 1 Year!  I paid over th phone and was completely satisfied.  Then I received the bill about a month later.  What a scam!  The $91.32 was only for 1 radio..........the second radio was more than my original subscription at $131.55 per year!  I was ticked but had already paid so I let it go.

I received a call last night from Sirius saying "it's time to renew".  I hadn't forgotten their tactics last year & spent over 30 minutes on the phone with "Angela" who promised me both radios for $95.93.  I told her she must send it to me in writing to my e-mail.  I waited....and waited...no e-mail.  I logged in this morning to my Sirius account and reviewed details.  Yep, she signed up both radios for $95.93 BUT only for 6 months!  What a scam!  I immediatly called in.......and was on hold for 30 minutes.  While on hold, I managed to get someone on chat.  "Arnold" said it was a promotional deal for 6 months.  I asked 10 times "what is it for both radios for a year"?  He typed back " $95.93 for 1 year, both radios".  I said "update my account and I will call back with payment".  He said "what do you want me to update"?  I finally told him I was tired of going around in circles.  Either give me "Angela's" deal  - $95.93, both radios, 1 year or cancel my subscription.  He then types back "for 1 year, it's $142.95".  So I ask again "for both radios"?  He said "no...only 1".  I said " I am done, cancel both radios".  He then responds "I can't...you have to call customer service"!!!!!  Now I'm really mad!  So, I call back.........and wait for another 15 minutes.......someone finally answers......and conveniently hangs up!

I think SiriusXM hires a bunch of liars and scam artists.  I am not about to sign up with this company again or give them any money.  I hope they go out of business and that people wake up and stop supporting their unethical tactics.  I will support the local radio stations, dig out my CD's and iPod.

My advice to anyone out there that has Sirius - check your bill!  Also, don't believe anything the customer service people say because it's all lies!!!!!!
