Sirius SiriusXM Radio Bait and Switch and Illegal Contract Internet

I received an advertisement for SiriusXM Radio for 6 months for $25. I called the telephone number in the add and was told the offer now was 1 year for $86, almost double the price and double the time period.
Their advertisement asks the consumer to see the Customer Agreement at their web site. There is no customer agreement located there. I emailed Sirius and they emailed me the agreement. The agreement allows them to alter the agreement at any time with no notice to the consumer, and the consumer's continued use of the service is the consumer's agreement to the new terms. They can change anything they want to with no advanced notice to the consumer at all, and once you use the service after they changed the terms, you are stuck.
