SKB Beauderm (Oneders Inc) Saw TV advertisement for "Trial size" Beau Derma Advanced n Santa Ana California

Responded to an internet pop-up ad for “Trial size Beau Derma Naturally Advanced Skin Care.” Ad said you pay only for postage.

We received both the skin care ointment (container 2.5 in. by 1.5 in.) and a container of “RevitaEye,” (4 in. by 1 in.) which had not been requested.  The bill received was for $89.95.

My wife called the firm (Oneders Inc. 2321 E. 4th St. Suite C #114 Santa Ana, CA 92705) to tell them of its so-called mistake (didn’t order RevitaEye and no indication of  postage and handling for the skin ointment).

The response was an offer to return 30 percent, which she rejected.

Several days later I called the same number twice to restart the complaint process. I was told the company policy is to refund up to 15 percent if a customer is unhappy. I rejected that. During the discussions I asked for the names of the Oneders reps. One said it was company policy not to give that, and the other told me only “Harold.” Then I asked for the company’s email address. That resulted in lots of words about policy.
