Skin Noir & Eye Noir Rip off, Scam, Deceptive Nationwide

I signed up to receive the free trial of skin noir and eye skin noir for the shipping price of approximately $11. Please be forewarned, that if you do not call to cancel within 14 days, they will bill you $180, on the 15 th day. When I called to dispute the charge, the customer service rep, never asked why I was calling, but immedicately went on the defensive and said "If you don't cancel within 14 days, you are responsible for the payment." Most companies allow for 30 days, and give you the sample product to try and then ship you another product. Not, Skin Noir, they will charge you $180 for the same sample that you already paid shipping on. The customer service rep decided to give me 50% back, but I was still charged $89 for a product that I would have never paid that much for! This is a very deceptive and confusing website. And, clearly by the way the customer service immediately went on the defense, this company is used to dealing with unhappy customers. My advice, if you really want the product, buy it from Amazon, not the skin noir website!
