Skin NOIR/Eye NOIR I saw an ad on tv for trial sizes of skin Noir and eye Noir for $4.95 each. Since Dr. Phil's wife was involved with it someway I thought it was safe. AT NO TIME was there anything about it being a "SUBSCRIPTION - not even with the products when they arrived. I had just enough money in the bank to get the trials and that was all!  Nationwide

*What a shock I got when I looked at my bank statement and they had gotten $89.95 and $84.95 from by bank account - which was empty at the time but because I have overdraft protection it was paid to them. And the bank added overdraft $25 to each item!! No I don't know how I"m going to pay my electric bilol. I live on Social Security. I called the one number I had and was told "No refunds." The man argued with me about whether I was notified it was a "subscription." After I started crying and bemoaning how I was going to pay my electric bill, etc. the man finally said he could refund me 1/2 the money. At that point I was so upset I figured that was as good as it was going to get. I may be 77 years old but my mind is still relatively good and I am quite intelligent. I do believe it was only because of Dr. Phil's wife's involvement in the ad that I ordered. I've never done that before. There are just no words to express how I feel. To be taken like that. *

I saw an ad on TV for skin Noir and eyeNoir.  Dr. Phil's wife was involved with the ad someway so I trusted it.  I ordered the trial skin and eye cream for $4.95 each.  A few days later when I looked at my bank statement, I was absolutely shocked to see charges for $89l95 and $84.95 for skinNoir and eyeNoir!!!

Since I knew when I ordered the trials that that was how much money I had in the bank these new charges were overdrafts!  Each one cost me $25! I called the one number I could find.  The man argued with me about whether I had been notified I had ordered a "subscription".  No refunds.

I stood there so shocked I started crying, knowing that money was needed to pay my electric bill.  I started telling him I lived on Social Security and now I can't pay my electric bill!  And that I may have a heart attack.  Finally, he said he could refund me 1/2 the money.  I was so upset I figured I was doing good to even get that.

I can't believe that I fell for it.  I am intelligent.  I also believe that if Dr. Phil's wife had not been on the ad II might not have getten into this mess.
