 You order a trial for 4.95 and 5.95 and then in 14 days they charge your card 89.95 and 85.95 without your permission. I ordered on 8/6/16 and was charged on 8/20/16. I immediately called my bank to file a dispute, cancelled my card and immediately called Customer Service at the company. There was no documentation in the shipment indicating this, and I didn't see any area in the order indicating this. I spoke with Angela at Skinnoir, her identification number is 1458367, she informed me I had 15 days to cancel.

I was within that timeframe. I wanted to cancel and return my trial. She refused. I demanded to speak with a manager, Madison was the manager. She informed me I had 14 days and that was yesterday. Two different people, two different days. I informed them I was recording the call, disputed it with my bank and did not want their product. She said she couldn't do anything as I have disputed already. Don't order any product that charges you for shipping because they continue to charge you.
