I won $2000.00 back in April so I sent what paper work they needed to prove who I was and they kept saying they couln't read it or it was the wrong information. By September they said they had everything they needed and now when I call and talk to their customer service I keep getting the same thing,that they are dealing with many pay outs and that is why its taking so long, or their dealing with a new payout system and their having problems with it.Last night I was told that they are processing my payout and I should hear something soon, I was on chat and I had the chat session sent to my e-mail, I don't feel it will help much but it made me feel better that this guy was trying to be helpfull.
