After waiting 8 months with loads of exuses at slots inferno they refused to pay me my winnings of 1253.00 because they said i had played on one of their affiliatted casinos that i knew nothing about.they gave me the run around for eight months and then tell me that! why? are these people still operating? every time i tried to contact them it would always be the same answer which was due too the high volumes of withdrawals we are behind.The thing that i found really strange was the fact that i couldn't contact anyone directly from the casino i always had to go through live chat or call their supporrt people in the usa.When i said i would report them to the federal police the guy on the phone told me that if i did that they would not pay me.Please can someone close this casino and which ever one they have down,i'm on the pension and was really looking forward to that money and it seems like they keep cheating more and more people every day so again why are they still operating?
