Smart Fares Used both Smart Fares and Jet Fly in the conversation Bought a one way ticket to Phoenix, Az for9-10-17 on Frontier.Was unable to ever get a email confirming this purchase . Spent 3 hours trying their various lines so used their buy ticket number to even get anyone to answer . Then was told they must have the wrong email address and they would transfers me . Was left out in cyber space ??? Canceled my credit card to void this transaction Internet

 Answered a email GoLastMinuteFareAlert . My son is sick in Phoenix and I bought a ticket for 9-10-17 one way from Baton Rouge to Phoenix. Their phone number is 1-800-717-5015 They were all Japanese.Said they wereSmartfares and Jet Fly. Cost was $233.80 with Frontier Airline . I was told a email confirming my ticket and travel plans would arrive and it never did. Spent 3 hours trying reach them and was only able to by using the purchase a new ticket line . Was told that the email address must be wrong and that I would be transferred but was left hanging in cyberspace . They put charges on my card right away which I had to cancel my credit card.
