Attention iPhone Spare Parts Buyers

In june 29 of 2011 I sent 3,500 USD to Teren Peng Chinese Name or AKA David Liu from Smartstore Spare Parts Center Co., Limited to Shenzhen, China thru Western Union and he was going to send me Spare Parts for iPhone, iPod, iPod Touch and iPad.

I sent the money and then I was told he went on a long vacation and after 3 months he refused to sell me at cheaper prices that some other companies were offering me even when I sent him proof of the prices and names of the suppliers so I asked for my money back and after days of dealing with this THIEF he agree to give me back 21,000RMB which are 3283.00 USD to another company that also has a shop in the LongSheng Mobile Spare Parts Wholesale Market in Shenzhen, China border with Hong Kong. So after 90 long days I lost 217.00 USD and NO Spare Parts at all. So not only I lost money but time, phone calls to China and a part of my liver.

So be aware of this THIEF that should be in JAIL and NOT stealing from Overseas Clients.

I was able to get most of my money becuase after I had enough I contact my Embassy and another supplier put me in contact with a good lawyer that told me that he was doing FRAUD and he could face Jail Time and I sent copy of all the comunication I was having by email with all the persons that kindly were helping me out.

I think that was the KEY that I got most of my money back becuase he knew I was NOT joking

So for other people with a similar problem try to go this way.
