Smooth Away Hair Removal I ordered the smooth away kit from TV advertised as $14.99 plus $6.99 s/h but instead $60.93 was taken out of my bank account. Pacoima California

I called to cancel the smooth away order because they overcharged me.They do not tell you on the phone when you order what the charge will be exactly and when I tried to cancel after they took out $60.93, none of the customer service #s were helpful.

I was hung up on after the c/s knew I wanted to cancel my order 866-655-4341. I was never able to reach a supervisor. The man told me first that my order had been shipped and would arrive in 10 business days.

I told him I was overcharged and I want the money back into my acount today. Brian said he was unable to do that. Brian said I had to wait until my shipment arrived,send it back, and then I will get my money back.
I asked to speak to a supervisor,placed on hold for 20 minutes,then hung up on.
